Clerking Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (CSA) has busienss interests across a range service types with a common thread in terms of its client base, namely, the legal profession.  The aim of CSA is to provide relevant services to the legal profession in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Out-sourced agency services (such as outside clerking, process serving and settlement attendance), business information (such as ASIC and Landgate searches) and specialised legal administrative support services (such as paralegal and secretarial support).

The focus is on providing efficient and cost effective services using a simple to use online booking, searching and document management system, which includes an online real time tracking feature. Those services are underpinned by a comprehensive knowledge base and experience in providing services to the legal profession, together with customer support.

Vox Australia

Hosted vPBX communication packages designed for small businesses, delivering features of a high end traditional PBX at a fraction of the price. Clients don't have any need for PBX hardware to be located onsite, as it's hosted by Vox in a secure data centre.

The knowledge base of the legal profession which CSA has accumulated over the decades has enabled Vox to create its range of services specificially designed for the legal profesion, delivering outcomes which meet the profession's needs both from an administrative and client perspective.

CSA

Consulting services to those organisations and individuals who seek to become service providers to the legal profession in the traditional area of clerking and associated tasks and activities. 

CSA assists with the development of a business model, its implementation including the operational and administrative processes, and corporate governance.  Once the business plan is settled, CSA assists with the deployment and implementation of the plan, incorproating:

  • Terms of agreement with clients
  • Service level agreements with contractors and third party suppliers
  • Billing and client management systems
