  • Monitor all Work Requests (WR) received over the system and address any queries you have regarding the WR instructions together with any anomalies
  • Provide guidance to the staff with respect to the deployment of their duties within the business and with clients
  • Monitor client relationships, attend to the establishment of new clients and their users on the sytsem, and assist with the training of new users
  • Assist with billing

Step 4. Deployment of the Online Solution

Where you decide to enter into a lisensing agreement, CSA will assist you with the implementation and deployment of the online lodging system. We will assist you with:

  • Your decission process on whether to deploy the online system in a white label environment, or through an application programming interface (API)

  • Training of your staff to operate the system
  • Training of your clients to use the system
